Dispatch
Orders are prepared in protective, humidified packaging and handed to our carriers within one business day wherever possible.
Destinations
Owing to tobacco regulations we are unable to ship to certain destinations; any restriction is applied automatically at checkout.
Returns
Tobacco is perishable and, once dispatched, cigars cannot ordinarily be resold. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours and we will put it right.
